| Leverage our prefabrication shop to push our plumbing and mechanical capacity to meet a 14 unit/month production pace. Our ability to press schedule allowed the general contractor to gain one to two weeks on an already aggressive schedule. High quality and minimal rework were achieved despite compressed schedule. |

| Carmel City Center is a mixed use facility that is the cornerstone of a large building complex which includes the new Palladium Concert Hall. This structure includes underground parking, street level shops, restaurants, boutiques, five floors of apartments, and two floors of condominiums to top it off. Not only does the size and complexity of this facility make it unique, but it is heated and cooled by XXX tons of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)technology heat pumps including XXX indoor units making it a high technology show piece. |

| Shoppes at Providence apartments are podium style buildings with retail spaces on the street level and apartments above. While these buildings capitalize on the latest technology and building techniques, they are designed to provide a historical, urban feel including exposed duct HVAC systems in a “loft” style design. |

| Highly aggressive 26 unit/month production pace. Achieved schedule and quality expectations while managing a major mechanical change order mid-project when Heat Recovery Ventilation systems were added retroactively. Despite these obstacles, all phases were completed on schedule. |

| Hearth at Juday Creek is a 131 unit retirement facility that includes a safe and secure Alzheimer’s wing along with all the facilities and amenities required to meet the needs of its tenants. R. T. Moore has provided mechanical systems for over half a dozen of these facilities using traditional hot water boilers for heating and PTAC systems for cooling. R. T. Moore’s engineering department has just completed a comprehensive design for the next facility utilizing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology, taking full advantage of load sharing capacity and the energy savings VRF systems can provide. |

| Completed over 400 total units between all 3 Virginia area neighborhoods over a 2 year period. |
| New Gosport is one of three military housing projects completed for the US Navy in Norfolk, VA. All three communities ran simultaneously on an aggressive schedule requiring R. T. Moore Company to execute perfectly with regards to manpower, materials, and equipment. |

| Centennial is a true 21st century community where the infrastructure and amenities were planned and engineered before the first home was built. Incorporating several different design types and specification levels, this community was on a fast pace build schedule and is designed to meet the high tech needs of its home owners while still providing a small town feel. |
| Extreme Makeover House - 2009 |

| The Extreme Makeover project was a challenging project due to the scope of work and timeline for completion. The entire demolition and construction process took only seven days to complete. The project consisted of demolishing the existing home and rebuilding a new two story residence and a one story library building in its place. Both buildings were constructed simultaneously on a 24 hour a day schedule. The coordination and planning necessary to complete such a project was a remarkable achievement for all who participated. |
